Hi everyone!

A quick little family update:

My husband Craig and I had our first baby, a girl named Evie Jane, on June 25, 2022! She weighed 6 lbs, 13 oz and was 19" long at birth. We are overjoyed she is here and are grateful she is a healthy little girl.

I am back at Accelerated Sports, seeing patients after my maternity leave. I value and appreciate your support of my practice and look forward to helping many of you achieve your rehabilitative goals!

My areas of expertise continue to be post surgical rehab of the hip, knee and ankle as well as return to sport preparation, running injuries, dance medicine, and dry needling.

Thank you so much for all of the well wishes upon Evie's arrival! We are very grateful to be a part of such a great community in the TC metro.
